Deep-drawn Pan Conveyors

 
The deep-drawn pan conveyor, is a reliable and economic means of conveying hot or abrasive bulk materials horizontally or at an incline up to 60°, by utilising the BZB Bucket type pan conveyor. The characteristic profile of the base plates delivers high rigidity, even at a plate width of over 2,000 mm. Stiffeners, which are pressed into the side-walls as well as a special sealing strip heighten the rigidity of the plates and the tight seat between the plates. Contactless overlapping of the plates ensures smooth running and reduces overspill to a minimum. The proven construction and availability of the Pan Conveyor is illustrated by references in over 100 countries. 

As with all the deep-drawn pan conveyors,  the basic concept with this economic slope conveyor includes the use of standard parts in order to reduce the large number of components. The modular system ensures that parts such as sprockets, chains, rollers and tracks are interchangeable with other conveyor types in our product range. This offers a correspondingly high availability when procuring spare parts.
