Kiln Outlet Seal

The idea of IKN's Kiln Outlet Seal is to provide a simple, efficient and reliable solution. The surface pressure between the fixed blades and the rotating wear ring is controlled by the pressure inside the kiln hood. The hardened seal blades are self-aligning and  graphite lubricated .

The kiln outlet segments as well as the blades are air-cooled. 2 kiln outlet fans provide aeration via an annular duct with double nozzles.
